Welcome everybody to my Sims 3 Legacy challenge blog – number 2!

My first legacy challenge can be found here: THE SHENSTON LEGACY and was such a great experience that  I have decided to do it all over again, but with a couple of different twists.

I am sure you all know by now what a “legacy challenge” is all about, but if not CLICK HERE to read the rules and the background.

For my 2^nd Sims 3 Legacy Challenge, I will be shaking things up a bit: 

• I am not going to follow a Matriarchy, which means the heirs can be male or female. 
• I will be following the aphetical naming schemes which means each child that is born is named using the next letter of the alphabet
• I will not be recording my points as even though I will be following the Legacy Challenge rules, I will bend them sometimes for the purpose of the story

In the first generation legacy we meet Lily Seraphine (CLICK HERE FOR THE MEANING BEHIND THE NAME).   Orphaned as a child and raised in a boarding school, Lily always dreamed of the day she could start her own life. So when on her graduation day she inherits the only thing left to her by her parents, a plot of land in a land far far away, she packs up and head start to Angel Falls – the island where is all started….

The second generation is heir is Cassie Seraphine, Lily’s youngest daughter.  Even though Cassie’s life has been full of love by her family, she was always an outsider at school. Never popular, she alienated her class mates even more when she became fascinated with ghosts and became a Goth.  Now as a young adult she has got over her awkwardness but it has left her with commitment issues… how will she carry on the legacy if she can not stay with anyone long enough to have a child…? CLICK HERE TO FIND OUT

In the third generation, we meet Danielle Seraphine.  She had a difficult childhood with an evil twin sister and a mother who never paid her much attention.  In the end she turned to food for comfort and ended up clinical obsessed, making her even unhappier.  Becoming heir by default after her sister ran off with a much older man, she never really thought she was cut out for such responsibilities, especially as she had never had a boyfriend or any interest from the opposite sex!  Read about how she manages to change her life around and become the person she always wanted to be HERE

Heading up the fourth generation is the first ever male heir, Gabriel Seraphine.  Gabriel had a good uneventful upbringing where he spent most of his childhood in his garden growing and harvesting fruits.  After he became a teenager he started experimenting with alcohol and soon realised, he could produce his own wine and make money from it.  This resulted in him realising his dream to own his own bottomless wine cellar.  Follow Gabriel in his quest to build his own winery and find the love of his life who will help him carry on the Seraphine Legacy. CLICK HERE TO START READING

In the fifth generation we are back to the girls with Harley Seraphine heading up the legacy.  Harley had a turbulent beginning to her life with her mother dying in childbirth and being born insane.  Growing up she always got on with her little sister, Ivy but was alsways under the watchful eye of her stepmother who could never accept Harley for her insane ways.  Having commitment issues, Harley has never known what she wanted to do in life so has settled on being a Jack-of-all-trades.  But how will she far being the head of a legacy when she is slightly cuckoo and will she ever find a man who will take on her crazy ways and provide her with an heir?  CLICK HERE TO FIND OUT

Chosen to be the sixth generation heir is Lottie Seraphine.  Born perceptive, Lottie always had a sixth sense about mysterious things going on around her.  She always knew that there were things she could see but others couldn’t and she spent her childhood terrified to sleep alone.  As she got older she learnt to embrace her eccentric ways and soon realised she wanted to use her gift for good by becoming a Paranormal Profiteer.  Follow Lottie on her journey into the paranormal and watch how she carries on the legacy under very unique circumstance.  CLICK HERE TO BEGIN

In the seventh generation the heir is Noah Seraphine. Noah was always the looker of the family which helped his rise to becoming the most popular boy in school and being continually swamped by female admirers.  But Noah’s passion in life is his art and he relishes the challenge to paint, sketch and photograph anything and everything. In the eighth generation we meet Riley Seraphine.  Riley has always been an enigmatic girl loving to play games and caring for her younger sister.  It was not until a family holiday to China that she encountered the martial art, Sim Fu and fell in love.  As soon as she became a teenager her parents allowed her to take lessons and ever since she has dedicated herself to the art, excelling every step.  Her lifelong wish is to one day go back to China and become a Martial Arts Master, but will she ever get there? Heading up the ninth generation is Tara Seraphine.  Tara is one half of the famous “Seraphine Sisters” notorious for their high social status and outrageous partying ways. But Tara was never as into stardom as her twin sister and always aspired to one day curb her wild ways and become the CEO of a Mega-Corporation. Rounding off the Seraphine Legacy and heading up the tenth generation is Vanessa. Vanessa was born a performer and from an early age excelled in dance, music and singing.  When she became a teenager she took her passion to the next level by forming a band called Nessa and The Machines and begun her journey down the road of stardom.  Now on the cusp of adulthood, Vanessa is a minor-league celebrity only heightened by the fact she is dating the biggest teenage heart throb in the world, Rory Brent.
